Returns – please read this carefully

BEFORE you return your purchase, please email: to arrange the return and include your name and order number.

Returns within the 14 day period in the UK are free. WE WILL ONLY REFUND < 2ND CLASS ROYAL MAIL (SIGNED FOR) POSTAGE>  (cost £4.20). You will need to visit your local Post Office to post your kits back to us. Please DO NOT use 1st Class or Special Delivery to return any kits.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We accept that the packaging may have be opened. We have the right to refuse a refund if the toy has been opened and parts lost or damaged.

We count the date of the return as the date upon which you posted your kit back to us, not the date we receive it.

Unfortunately, international returns are not free and postage is at the purchaser’s own cost.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card for the purchase price (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuers policies. Postage is refunded either via PayPal or BACS transfer.



UK orders over £25 will be sent Royal Mail First Class (Signed for). Orders of £25 or under are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

Deliveries are dispatched same day for orders before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders after that time will be dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. UK Bank Holidays are excluded from our working days.

You will receive an email confirming when you item has been dispatched.

International shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

If for any reason your order arrives to you damaged or is damaged upon inspection please send pictures of the damaged product to
